Questions performers ask before they start.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything unlocked and no card on file. If you do nothing at the end of it, the trial simply stops. Nothing is charged and you are not chased.
Can I use my own agreement wording?
Yes. GigWand starts you with an agreement you can use as it is, and you can rewrite any of it or replace it with the contract you already use. You can keep more than one, so a wedding and a corporate booking can go out on different terms.
How do my clients pay me?
Add a payment link to your invoice for clients to pay online, or list the payment methods you already accept, such as Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Either way, the money goes directly to you. GigWand never sits between you and your fee.
What happens to my gigs and clients if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your leads, gigs, agreements and invoices stay exactly as they were and are all there if you come back. While a subscription is not active the account itself is locked, so download your data from the export page before you cancel and you will have a copy in hand.
Does it work for a two-person act?
Yes, if you run the bookings from one account. Your act, your performances and your pricing all live in GigWand and either of you can work from that login. What it does not do yet is give each of you a separate sign-in with its own permissions.
Can I import the leads I already have?
Not in bulk yet, and I would rather tell you that than let you find out on day two. You add existing clients by hand, and every new lead from your booking form arrives on its own. Bulk import is on the list.
